Contemporary Arched Mushroom Bookshelf Open Living Room

Arched supports rise and curve around rounded tiers on the Contemporary Arched Mushroom Bookshelf Open Living Room, and the grain, deepened by a gentle finish, runs through each one. In an open-plan space with no wall to lean on, it looks resolved from every side, whether you approach from the kitchen or the sofa.

Line and Proportion

The framing takes its cue from trunks and branches. Shelves of varying size set up a measured rhythm, with larger openings for books and smaller ones for objects. The tall, open composition marks out a living area on its own, so the room gains structure without a partition or a closed cabinet.

Material

Natural wood blocks are joined to form the structure. The surface is refined just enough to bring out individual markings and warm tonal depth while keeping the handmade quality intact.

• Arched supports around rounded tiers
• Open from every side, suited to open-plan rooms
• Shelves in mixed sizes for books and objects
• Joined natural wood construction
• Finish that deepens the grain

Each bookshelf is handcrafted to order from natural wood, so grain pattern, texture, markings, and color vary between pieces. The differences are inherent to the material, and they ensure no two shelves are ever quite the same.
